Established by Chinese food scholars and colleagues around the world in 2011 and held annually, the Asian Food Study Conference focuses on things around food production and consumption in perspective of globalization, promotes interdisciplinary research on food, and gets people together explore the future of food culture.

亚洲食学论坛是由中国食学家联合世界各国同仁发起于2011年的年会制国际高端学术论坛,旨在研究环球视野下食生产与食生活重大问题,推动跨学科的食学研究,共同探索人类未来饮食文化发展趋势。

Our Goal | 我们的目标

Our purpose is to promote the value of food culture, to lead lifestyle of food civilization, and to build a sustainable environment of research, education and industry around food studies. 

提升和推广饮食文化价值,引领未来饮食生活方式,搭建可持续的食学产学研环境。 

Our Expectation | 我们的期待

Through the combination of research and industry, we expect to make a connection for those from administrations, catering and food companies, universities and institutes, media and others concerned, let them joint the conversation about the history and reality of food culture in diversity, thus positively meet the trends and challenges in the future.

我们希望通过高端文化研究与美食产业落地项目相结合的方式,架设政府部门、餐饮食品行业、高校科研单位、媒体及社会各界间的沟通渠道,从而共同思考人类多元饮食文化的历史与现实,积极应对未来趋势与挑战。
