August 10th(Sun)
The Conference of the Society of Japanese Food Studies will take place at the same venue (BKC) with Japanese as common language only. Registered delegates of the Society of Asian Food Studies (SAFS) are free to join in as audience (meal services not included). Please be sure to bring your own lunch, as there will be no lunch vendors available on the Ritsumeikan University campus on that day.

7. Important Guidelines
(1) Time Management
Presentation: 15 minutes (strict)
Q&A: 5 minutes
Session chairs will enforce timing.
(2) Program Amendment
Requests for changes to personal details in the program must be submitted to the committee by August 1.
(3) Presentation Slides
Final PPTs due: August 4 (Important)
On-site presentation via provided equipment only.
(4) Session Preparation
Confirm your presentation/chairing schedule by August 1.
Arrive 10 minutes early for PPT checks.
8. Certificate of Participation
・If you require a certificate of participation in this conference, please apply using the form https://forms.office.com/r/1q9LcHA8Dd by August 5.
・We will send you a PDF of the certificate of participation by email after August 10, after confirming your participation during conference. Please don't forget to stop by the reception desk to confirm your attendance.
・If you require specific mention of oral presentation or poster presentation on the certificate, please indicate it in the remarks section.

Regular Attendees: ¥20,000 (Japanese yen)
Ritsumeikan Food Management Society Members: Free (requires Peatix ticket reservation)

· Approx. 6-minute walk to Biwako-Hamaōtsu Station (OT12) on the Keihan Ishiyama-Sakamoto Line. From there, it takes about 4 minutes to Keihan Zeze Station (OT09), where you may transfer to JR Zeze Station (JR-A28), located within a 1-minute walk.
· Approx. 20-minute walk directly to JR Ōtsu Station (JR-A29) on the Biwako Line.
Optional Post-Program Activity: Visit to Lago Ōtsu (Taneya Complex)
For those interested, a cruise will depart from Ōtsu Port at 16:20 and arrive at Lago Ōtsu at 16:35 (500 yen for a ticket).
